• To ensure a smooth return process: A clear unboxing video of the package is mandatory, Without the unboxing video refund request won’t be accepted.

• Ensure that the items are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check, and refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 to 15 working days subject to the specifications from the payment gateway.

• You can request for store credit that can be used on your next purchase or the refund will be processed to your original payment method payment option.
